All items are made and packaged in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. PROBA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If an address is entered incorrectly, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
